A few months ago, I embarked on an exciting journey of self-discovery by enrolling for coaching with Dana Poul-Graf. This experience helped me to understand my motivators and what inspires me. It also opened up my mind to and realize my default behaviours when faced with certain stress situations and challenges. I also acquired tools and tips how to adopt new behaviours, that help me both in my personal life as well as in achieving my career objectives. I obtained a deeper understanding of my strengths, areas of development and my values. As a result, I am more self-confident. Dana is a good listener, great facilitator, splendid mentor and a wonderful friend. This combination made it comfortable for me to be transparent with my thoughts and feelings. Dana has also the capability to pick up the key focus points from any conversation and make you think deep. A huge thanks to Dana for making the self-discovery journey interesting, exciting and valuable!
Do you want to enjoy what you do? Do you have a purpose beyond bringing profit? Want to become a magnet for talent and customers?
I can help.
After almost two decades in varied organizations – from acting as a communicator, strategist, coach and consultant for small, local companies to serving on the board of a global concern – I’ve realized that companies, their leaders and their people succeed over the long-term only when three conditions are met:
1. Purpose beyond profit has been identified.
2. That purpose is communicated well.
3. Actions flow in alignment with that purpose.
The result? Lasting transformation.
The result? People enjoying and excelling at what they do, and organizations are thriving.
Testimonials
I wouldn’t manage to be successful without Dana’s help during these times of extremely high pressure at work. I and my team achieved all our goals and this was acknowledged by our customer.
I am more confident as a result of working with Dana. Dana provided me with tools that help me to manage my life and daily tasks better. The impact of the engagement with Dana goes beyond my person – the impact and change initiated by working with her are spreading further. I am now able to be of better service to my team members too.
Dana is a great colleague and has extensive experience in communications and strategy development. She is easy to work with but still challenges her colleagues well, whilst working towards the right outcome for all. She has similar experience and approach in leadership development and has been really useful as a mentor and advisor to teams, especially where there was a gap in leadership.
I find Dana highly adaptable and personable and she is somebody that would definitely be a strong asset to most organisations. I could see her consultative approach and big company international experience to be of great use, especially where there is a major change program planned or ongoing and the organisation needs senior level support to identify and achieve its aims.
