Recently, on our walk, my son met someone very different from him. ๐ŸฆŒ
That someone didnโ€™t shy away and went straight to him. I loved seeing how my (I am not so little anymore) person approached the unexpected meeting with curiosity and openness.

I wish for us adults (or still children?) to not only speak about the McKinsey and Deloitte reports that prove the value of diversity on boards and in teams in terms of productivity, innovation, and job satisfaction. I want us to create that foundation of feeling safe when facing adversity, creating trustful connections and openness to the different without fear stopping us so that together, we can solve large-scale problems that we undoubtedly face.

Encountering something or someone different can be a magical moment if you open yourself to the experience ๐ŸŒŸ All it takes is to STOP the fear and CHOOSE curiosity.
